Chelsea Morris

Chelsea Morris is the Vice President of Global Inbound Transportation for Dollar General. With over 10 years of logistics experience at companies like Dollar General, Siemens, and A.O. Smith. Chelsea has been instrumental in implementing large-scale cost savings initiatives, positioning Dollar General as a low-cost provider. Her contributions have earned her several internal awards, including a nomination for the Emerging Leadership Program and the 2020 Circle of Excellence Award for all of Supply Chain Operations.

Chelsea's expertise extends internationally, with business experience in Germany and China. Her primary background is in systems implementation, transformational initiative leadership, and she has a passion for leveraging data to make superior operational decisions.

Chelsea holds an M.B.A. in European Business Management from the University of Saarland, Germany, graduating Suma Cum Laude, with modules completed in Brazil, Switzerland, and Romania. She also has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Louisville, with a minor in Chinese Studies and Language.
