Suggested attire for the GITC is business casual (jackets, no ties) in the Monday and Tuesday business sessions. Sunday and Monday evening events are resort casual (no jackets). Tuesday's Casino event will be business casual (jackets, no ties). If you have dining reservations at Sea Island, please be sure to check their individual dining attire policies as some are more formal than others.

Rooms at Sea Island may be reserved by calling our GITC reservation line at (844) 403-3992. By calling this unique number, our reservation agents will be able to identify you as part of the Georgia International Trade Conference (GITC). Available rooms and suites from our contracted block will be booked on a first-come-first-serve basis, so please contact Sea Island ASAP to receive the best available options. Please be advised that the GITC will end this year with Casino Night from 6:00 - 9:00pm on Tuesday evening in the Cloister Ballroom. If you plan to join us for Casino Night, be sure to book your hotel accommodations until Wednesday, April 30th. A full deposit will be required for each reservation. Your reservation can be amended or cancelled without penalty up until Wednesday, March 26, 2025. Cancellations after this date will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Airport transportation is not provided, although Sea Island does provide transportation from the Jacksonville, Savannah, Brunswick and Saint Simons Airports to the Resort. Valet and Self Parking will be complimentary for all GITC attendees. Gratuity is at the discretion of the guest.

Yes! Golf is offered as part of the GITC on Monday afternoon, April 28th on the Sea Island Seaside Course and Tuesday, April 29th on the Plantation Course. Monday, April 28th is our GITC Tournament on the Seaside Course. Monday golf is Captains Choice with a shotgun start at 1:15pm. Tuesday, April 29th there is an option to golf on the Plantation Course. Tuesday will not be tournament play but will include a shotgun start at 1:15pm. **The registration button for golf can be found at the completion of your GITC registration form. Once you submit your information, guest information and hotel information and hit the submit button, you will receive a confirmation email. Within this confirmation email is a link to register for activities. Click this button to RSVP for any activities you and your guest would like to participate. Yes! The GITC is offering optional activities on Monday, April 28th and Tuesday, April 29th in conjunction with the Conference. Please click the Activities tab at the top of the website to learn more about these activities and the day(s) they are offered. If you or your guest would like to participate in any of these activities, there will be an option to sign up once you finalize your registration. Payment for activities will be collected when you check-in with the GITC on Sunday, April 27, 2025. Activities are non-refundable.
