Kristy MacGregor

Kristy’s tenure with Mercedes-Benz USA began in 1999 in Montvale, NJ. Over her distinguished 24-year career, she has held various operational and leadership positions, including serving as Executive Support Manager to the CEO. In 2012, Kristy advanced to Department Manager of Field Sales Operations in Commercial Vans, overseeing sales and aftersales operations.

In 2017, Kristy transitioned to Retail Vehicle Distribution, where she managed wholesale forecasting, inventory management, and a small call center dedicated to dealer support. Her expertise was further recognized in 2021 when she moved to Vehicle Operations & Customs, managing the export of vehicles produced at MBUSI to 94 countries and serving as a liaison between our Vehicle Preparation Centers (VPCs) and Quality Management at MBAG. In 2022, Kristy expanded her responsibilities to include Customs & Compliance, overseeing the importation of finished vehicles and parts, as well as managing the Duty Draw Program.
